Using Google Drive

When you’re starting out your business, your first challenge is how to organize stuff like proposals, reports, marketing collaterals, supplier lists, summary of costs, images, audio files, and video files.

But the most important part you have to worry about is where to keep the digital versions of all of your files. Of course, you will have all of them in your laptop but what if you don’t have your laptop.

What if you need your files while you are mobile for example?

You might be in a ship, your car or you're in the pre-departure area of an airport? What then?

You need the alternative. You need to have your files available online, on the Cloud as they call it nowadays.

Among my colleagues, we decided we should share files in Google Drive.

Take note: Google Drive offers only 15GB of storage for the free plan. I am now on a paid account paying more than 1K a year for 200 GB of storage space.

Here’s your next lesson, learn how to use Google Drive.

After you viewed these videos, you will be collaborating through your Google Drive by sharing files.

The advantage of sending these lessons via email is that you can organize them in a single folder in your GMail account.

I hope you do use the learnings you have in your respective enterprise.

If you have learned something or anything in my post, please give me feedback on exactly how it helped you or give me a review by going to this page now!

Until my next article!
