Our specialty is in providing tools, frameworks, and strategies to enterprises in the service sector. To do this, we focus only on specific systems in a growing enterprise that will drive and sustain an enterprise's growth strategy.
We believe that an enterprise in its growth stage should achieve maturity in the following systems: leadership, communication, planning, resource management, operations, improvement & innovation, performance management, documentation, and risk management.
Team Leadership Workshop
Organizational performance can never exceed the quality of its leadership. Leadership will play a role in driving action for the achievement of goals, attracting and keeping talent, innovation, inspiring social development, and forging partnerships.
Very few organizations admit they have leadership issues. The issue of leadership is always dealt with from the point of view of enterprise owners. The owners' management style drives the leadership culture.
The journey of a leader is not always clear, and definitely not easy. It is a path seldom chosen deliberately. Most of the time, you are thrust into a leadership role. You don’t initially embrace it.
For those who realize the necessity of leadership in society, the journey for them is more purposeful, more intentional. If this happens early in their lives, they are rewarded with greater wisdom and greater experience. They don’t turn away from challenges, so they learn early. The path to learning is not necessarily easy but it has progression. But this is not a common experience.
In most cases, most stumble into their leadership roles, and their leadership education. You need a partner, a mentor or a coach to make the journey bearable.

Strategic Planning Workshop
In spite of its importance, a lot of organizations still don’t plan. Strategy is still a necessity very few understand and know how to use it.
The strategy should not start or end in a workshop. It must be a continuing activity through the life cycle of the enterprise to survive, grow, and be competitive.
Strategic planning should be seen in three (3) time frames: short, medium, and long-term. Short-term is a time frame that looks at 1 to 3 years of operation. Medium-term is 3 to 5 years while long-term is 5 to 10 years.
The enterprise should be focusing on the vision. How do you convert vision into value? New business models should be considered. We should be looking closely at what markets to prioritize, what partnerships to get into or what acquisitions to make. The enterprise must explore what innovation strategy or a new road map to follow.

Human Resource Management Plus
There’s a lot of fad about employee engagement, talent management, and strategic human resource. If you bother to look closely at these HR practices and processes, most are still remnants of the “industrial relations” and “personnel management” movement.
Most approaches still do not have creative solutions for real employee engagement. Most cannot engage the largely millennial workforce of today. Just because the word strategic is attached to human resources, it doesn’t mean it is.
Most practitioners still do not measure the actual acquisition cost of talent. They don’t know how to apply the concept of ROI to knowledge-based workers. So many practices are into wasteful initiatives that cannot engage employees, cannot attract the “real fit”, and when they do, they lose them because of poor leadership.
Learn what strategy really means to human resource management.

Quality Management Builder
The Quality Management Builder is for enterprises with no existing quality management system. These enterprises are envisioning the adoption of ISO 9001:2015 as a quality management framework but are not yet ready to invest in certification.
We coach stakeholders on how to link the strategy and operational initiatives with the customer requirements.
This service is critical to enterprises intending to serve a global market or are required by their customers to subscribe to a quality management framework to guarantee satisfaction of agreed upon customer requirements.
The outcome desired from this service is to satisfy customer requirements using the ISO 9001:2015 framework to organize the enterprise's quality management system. A quality management system is a product of a leadership culture that subscribes to the Principles of Quality Management.
The integrity of quality management frameworks are slowly eroded by the practice of certain "consultants" and "experts" to a "Copy and Paste" engagement in building and implementing a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015.
These "consultants" and "experts" are literally and actually copying the quality management document of a client and pasting it on another client's quality management document. This simply means that the consultant or expert is reselling a rehash version of the quality management document to a prospective client in the same industry.
On several occasions, I have seen from which company they actually copied the document because they forgot to remove the company's name in the document's headings and footers.
This for me is a new low in the practice of quality management. Why copy and paste when you can actually do it yourself. You just need a coach to walk you through the process of quality management.

Quality Management Document Review
A quality management document review is critical for enterprises with existing quality management systems based on ISO 9001:2015. It is even essential for those experiencing a regular incident of “non-conformities” and inefficiencies.
A document review of your quality management is not specifically required under ISO 9001. Organizations with complex key processes in its business model should at least undertake a review once a year prior to its annual business review.
Unresolved non-conformities or inefficiencies should be reflected in the internal evaluation during SWOT sessions of the strategic planning. Issues that remain unresolved can pose an operational risk.

Employee Engagement & Communications
Employee engagement is the level of enthusiasm employees feel about their respective jobs. It also refers to your employees dedication.
Engaged employees are productive and drive the business' performance.
Employee engagement is essentially connected to job satisfaction and employee morale. It is, thus, linked to the enterprise's success.
Employers usually have no reliable way to measure the cost of acquiring employees. This is not even including the cost of making employees productive.
Most enterprises still see human resources as an operating cost. Business owners see it in the same level as supplies and furniture. It eschews the way they make decisions about leveraging this unique resource.
Learn creative ways to engage your employees and drive company performance.

There’s always a risk that the outcome will not be achieved. Learn what kinds of risk your enterprise is constantly exposed to and how to anticipate these risks or manage the impact of these risks.
Business is always confronted with many risks. These risks comes in any or a combination of any of these types:
Strategic Risks
Enterprises that do not operate according to their business model or strategy face strategic risks. These risks can impact the achievement of outcomes expected in the long-term.
Operational Risks

Compliance Risks
When enterprises either by deliberate action or lack of oversight fail to comply with statutory or regulatory requirements of their industry or customer, will eventually face compliance risks. These kinds of risks come with specific penalties either through a withdrawal of a legal status, cessation of operations, monetary sanctions or even imprisonment of executives.
Reputational Risks
A key element of branding is goodwill. Goodwill comes from building a reputation.
